This Programme is perfect for body conditioning and will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. This programme will help spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or centre, and improve coordination and balance. Exercises can be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Improve your muscle tone. This is a very popular session with limited numbers so book early to reserve your space.


This is a Punchcard only Programme, please book early to ensure your space.

Once you have purchased your Punchcard, it will be available on the first day of the Programme, please print out your order confirmation and bring it with you.

Any Session Punchcards may also be used, no booking required.

Punchcards are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
