The programme contains short Tabata style workouts that can be done when baby is sleeping. The workout can be completed in 5 minutes, so if you have a busy schedule, it’s perfect and done from the comfort of your own home. If you are doing this workout post pregnancy, we recommend that you start this programme a minimum of 3 months after a natural birth and 6 months after a Caesarean. It is always advisable to consult your GP before starting any exercise programme.
