WOAH Terms & Conditions

We want to ensure that you feel confident with WorkOut At Home (WOAH) and we welcome your suggestions and feedback.  We are continually updating and adding to the content and want to ensure we create workouts that are effective, engaging and fun. For best results viewing videos, we recommend using a stable/fibre optic Broadband connection.

To ensure we can be as efficient as possible, all we ask is that you keep your personal details up to date in order to receive the latest news on the workout releases and to continue your subscription without interruption. The subscription is on going and can be cancelled at any time.

Subscribing to WorkOut At Home (WOAH)

  • You need to be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • Simply click the WOAH tab, and select the ‘subscribe’ button and go through the checkout procedure. Your purchase will be placed in the basket in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • Click on the checkout icon and you will be taken to the payment area.

Our Services

  • By subscribing to our AAA Service, you will have access to the main workout area of the site. This does not include specific workout packages.
  • By Joining one of our package membership Services:- Summer Body, Fabulous Abs and Wedding Plan, you will have access to our tailor-made workouts and Meal Plan Services.

Payments

  • Payment can be made by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
  • After you have placed your order and as soon as payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from us and will have access to AAA of Workout at Home.
  • By subscribing to WOAH, you authorise us to use the card details you provide to us to take a regular monthly payment for the relevant subscription fee. If that card expires at any time or we are otherwise unable to take payment from it, you must provide us with an alternative payment method.
  • We reserve the right to suspend the subscription of any user that has not paid all of their subscription fees.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Offers are only available for as long as stated.
  • Vouchers will be discounted at checkout.
  • LadyXsize Ltd has the right to remove any promotion without prior notice.

Your WOAH account

  • When you click onto the WOAH page, you will be asked to login.
  • On your account page you are able to cancel and renew subscriptions and edit your personal details.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your WOAH membership at any time.
  • No cancellation fee will be incurred.
  • No notice is required.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will expire with immediate effect.
  • In the event of cancellation, you will also be required to submit a written message to the admin team requesting them to end your membership.
  • When you cancel your membership you will no longer be able to access the premium features of the Members Area.

To Cancel

  • Login to your account
  • Under ‘My Subscriptions’ or ‘My Memberships’, on the right hand side, click the option to ‘Cancel’
  • Confirmation of your cancellation will appear in the top left hand corner of the page
  • An email will automatically be sent to you confirming the cancellation of your subscription.
  • Send an email to the admin team to confirm your cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • By placing an order for any Services, you accept that those Services commence on receipt by you of confirmation of your login details, when you begin to download a product from our site. Due to the nature of our Services, your right of cancellation does not apply to the supply of Services if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver the Service(s).
  • You will only have the right to cancel the contract for those Services after they have commenced where the Service is defective for some reason.
  • You may terminate your subscription to our site at any time by giving us notice in writing but will not be given a refund if you choose to do so (unless the Service has been defective for some reason).
  • Where a physical product is included as part of a subscription deal or special offer to WOAH and a refund is requested and it is agreed the service is defective, the value of the product if it is not returned, will be deducted from the purchase price and the remainder will be refunded.

Your Privacy

  • Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us.
  • We will ask only for the information we need in order to provide the highest level of service to you.
  • All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared by any third parties.
  • You can update your personal details at any time.
